Cancellation Policy:

· Wawooh reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in real time.

· Cancellations by customers for bespoke will not be considered if the request is made within 1 hour of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the process of producing/ shipping your order is underway. Wawooh hold all the rights to accept or decline any cancellations.

· Any modifications to your order would also be governed by the above terms.

Return Policy:

To return, you must have notified Wawooh within 7days upon receiving the item of your intension to return and item to be returned must be returned within 10 working days after complaints has been made

The Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Wawooh' shipment to the shipping carrier.

Custom or bespoke items

· Returns will be accepted for customized item except for amendments or readjustments. However, we work with our customers and may offer the first alteration free of charge*. In case you receive a defectIVE product, it may be consider for adjustment

· Wawooh holds the right to accept returns/cancellations, request for evidence of defect or problems If you are not satisfied with your custom item or require us to alter the product, please email us on – customercare@wawooh.com or call 07000-WAWOOH

· All returns/ alterations need to be self – shipped by the customer. Cost of return shipping would be borne by customer.

· On receipt of the package, we will determine if the issue is valid or invalid

Readymade

Consumer must notify us of his or her intention to return within 7days of receiving the item, Item must get to Wawooh within 10 working days, starting 10 days after complaints has been made.

· Returns of untagged products will not be accepted.

· Returned items must be unused and unwashed. The item should be returned with its original tag.

· Our courier partners will come and pick up the item from you within two to three days after the complaint has been received. However, if you wish to return the item yourself, Wawooh will not be liable for any damages caused to the item during transit

Returned if it’s unworn.

To return any of the Products delivered to you, simply place them in its original packaging we provided and mail them back to us.

NOTE: For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method. Wawooh is not responsible for returns until they are received in our office. Wawooh will determine that the Products were returned in their original condition and claims are valid, at which point you will be deemed to have rejected the Products and title will return to us and a refund will be made.

Upon receiving your returned good, please allow up to 2-3 working days for your return to be fully processed. We will determine the validity of such claims this maybe a phone call to you or a mail or any other means. We suggest all returns be sent via a traceable carrier and that you keep tracking information as a proof of shipment and delivery in case there is an issue.

Return shipping costs due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering or sizing issues by buyer are not covered under our return policy. Claims or cost for defect on such item (readymade and customized products) to be returned will be transferred to you and the return shipping cost will be borne by you.

If return claims are valid for defect (a damaged/defective condition or when the incorrect item is sent), the return delivery of the item will be charged at no fee to you. Wawooh will cover return shipping charges for items that are received in a damaged/defective condition or when the incorrect item is sent.

· After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your account (bank) for the purchase price of the item, including the initial shipping fee if applicable. We will credit the same account used to make the purchase.

· Items that are refused upon initial delivery and returned to us will be issued a full refund minus the cost paid to ship the item out to you.

· Untagged items would result in a total denial of your return.

Only purchases that cannot be replaced, repaired or out rightly cancelled will receive a refund for the returned merchandise.

Refund Process and Timeframe

· Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days after claim has been verified as valid.

· Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.

· Depending on the credit or debit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.

Warranty

Wawooh may provide up to 30 days warranty period for certain products from selected vendors. Visit our list of Warranting vendors and Products. Please note that Warranty covers only the defective elements, not the entire product or its accessories. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, neglect, wear and tear, product modification or failure to follow instructions for intended use and maintenance conditions. This warranty applies only to products sold that have been warranted by a vendor on Wawooh and on presentation of the original proof of purchase. Wawooh may decide to repair or replace the defective item so as to offer you an up-to-standard product. You will cover shipping and return shipping of such product to the designer & designated Wawooh distribution location from which the product was shipped.
