Shipping Policy:
We know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and also at your expected time, so we use trusted couriers in dispatching or delivering your orders in real-time. Please be informed that depending on the item(s) you purchase from Wawooh and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order on Wawooh.
Using your Fabric
To use your fabric, you can either drop off at our office or we send our logistics team to pick up at your location. You will also be required to fill our material pickup or drop off form.
Delivery Policy:
For items ordered, readymade or customized, delivery time will vary.
An indicative time period for shipment within Lagos is 3 to 5 business days, while shipments outside Lagos takes 4-7 business days. The number of days it takes to ship your item will be sent to you by email.
For custom made items, delivery would be according to production time specified on the product.
For readymade items, a standard delivery time of 3-7 working days will be applied.
Once the order has been confirmed and communicated between Wawooh and the consumer, the consumer is obligated to accept the order at the time of delivery. In case of any returns, defects etc. please refer the Cancellation & Return Policy.
If you have a mix of readymade and custom order that takes longer time to prepare,
your order will follow the timing of the bespoke item and will be sent 3 -5 days after the custom order is ready unless you indicate express service for your item to be shipped immediately. Express shipping attracts an additional cost for shipping.
Express delivery:
If you have a mix of readymade and custom order and prefer we ship your readymade order before your custom order which take longer to produce than readymade you may choose our express option to deliver your item as soon as ready. This attracts an additional cost for shipping
International Orders:
We deliver worldwide. For International orders, it is delivered within 2 - 4 weeks.
